Because, let’s be honest, when demand increases, service quality can suffer if you don’t have enough resources. And it’s not just about quality; you can also lose sales from not keeping up, which is doubly problematic.

One of our clients told me that before working with me, after running ads on Instagram or collaborating with influencers, their chats would explode with messages. It was chaotic: despite training and dedication, their team couldn’t respond fast enough, sometimes taking up to 15 or 20 days to reply.
